Join us Thursday, March 19th from 7:00–8:30 PM for a Spring Equinox Sound Bath led by the wonderful Tiffany Galer. This immersive experience will use sound and vibration to help clear stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and create space for new beginnings as we cross the threshold into spring.
