Sound Bath Details.

The general intention of a sound bath is to create a state of harmony in the listener by using sound to clear discordance from the participants' energy fields.

 
Teachers:
My friend and Teacher Tiffany Galer will be playing her sound bowls for us as a special treat.  During the sound bath I will be going around providing hands on adjustments and Thai Massage (the lazy man's yoga.) It is sure to be a treat!  We will have a guided Meditation & Yoga Nidra at the end as well as sleep inducing treats.

Why Sound Bathe?
Sound healing is a profound method for creating synergy mentally and physically. Considered as a form of therapy, Sound Bath will take you from dissonant to resonant by synchronising the left and right sides of the brain. Amongst the many benefits attributed to sound bathing are a decrease in stress, pain management, improved sleep quality, emotional regulation, enhanced mindfulness, and boosted immune function.

Tiffany is thrilled to be coming back to our group! I love collaborating with her to offer a sound bath & Healing Meditation Combo! Especially with my health journey over the past few months I am now more than ever called to my Meditation practice and the art of letting go and self healing. Tiffany is a certified Pilates Teacher, Sound Healer and Reiki Master. Some of her offerings include Private Pilates lessons on the reformer, Pilates Duets on the mat, 1 on 1 Sound Healing and Reiki sessions from her home. It is a 90 minute special event on September 21st at the Haller Lake Community Club. Pre-registration is not required but recommended.
