A Winter Solstice Yoga Nidra, Sound Bath & Celebration of Light

The longest night. The softest landing. A little light in the darkness. 🕯️

Sunday, December 20, 2026

✨ An evening of deep rest, sacred sound, sweet traditions & sisterhood.

Early Bird: $44 | Regular: $49 | Day-Of: $55

🌙 'Tis the Season to SLOW DOWN, Mama.

The gifts. The gatherings. The shopping. The wrapping. The baking. The magic-making.

Sound familiar?

While the rest of the world is telling us to do MORE, winter is quietly whispering something entirely different:

Do less. Rest more. Turn inward.

And what better time to listen than on the longest night of the year?

Join us for WintHER Solstice, a cozy, candlelit evening celebrating the Winter Solstice, the sacred pause between darkness and light, and the beautiful women who could probably use a little more REST and a lot less responsibility this holiday season.

This is your invitation to step away from the holiday hustle, settle into stillness, and reconnect with yourself and a community of women who understand that sometimes the greatest gift is simply being held in a space where nothing is expected of you.

No doing. No giving. No magic-making for anyone else. Just receiving.

✨ What Awaits You

🧘‍♀️ Yoga Nidra — The Art of Doing Absolutely Nothing

Also known as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative guided meditation practiced lying down, wrapped in blankets and supported by cozy props. You'll be guided into that delicious space between waking and sleeping, where the body can deeply relax and the mind can finally soften.

No yoga experience necessary. No poses to perfect. And yes, falling asleep is totally allowed.

🎶 Healing Sound Bath — Let the Vibrations Do the Work

Sink even deeper into rest as soothing sounds and vibrations wash over you. Let the bowls sing you into stillness while you release the mental clutter, holiday overwhelm, and whatever else you've been carrying.

🕯️ A Little St. Lucia Magic — Celebrating Light in the Darkness

Inspired by the beautiful Scandinavian tradition of St. Lucia, we'll honor the return of light with a simple, heartfelt candlelight ritual.

St. Lucia is a celebration of hope, warmth, generosity, and light during the darkest days of winter.

Together, we'll reflect on what we're ready to release into the darkness and what light we hope to welcome back into our lives.

Because even the longest night eventually gives way to the dawn.

🥐 Cardamom Buns, Cozy Treats & Community

And because this is The Funny Yogi, you KNOW we're not sending you home without something delicious.

We'll gather over fragrant, Scandinavian-inspired cardamom morning buns, warming seasonal treats, and cozy conversation.

A little sweetness. A little sisterhood. A little hygge.

🌲 The Meaning of Winter Solstice

Winter Solstice marks the shortest day and longest night of the year in the Northern Hemisphere — a turning point when the days begin their gradual journey back toward the light.

Across cultures and centuries, this season has been honored as a time for reflection, renewal, stillness, and hope.

Nature doesn't bloom all year long.

Trees shed their leaves. Animals hibernate. The earth rests beneath the frost.

And maybe, just maybe, we women are allowed to have a season of rest, too.

This evening is about honoring that natural rhythm instead of fighting it.

About celebrating darkness not as something to fear, but as a place where restoration, reflection, and new beginnings can quietly take root.
