Join us for a deeply nourishing evening celebrating the arrival of summer with yin yoga, sound healing, and a special summer solstice ceremony.
This event will be co-led with the fabulous Tiffany Galer, blending slow grounding movement, restorative yin postures, healing sound, reflection, intention setting, and connection as we welcome a new season together.
PLEASE NOTE: We are moving this event to the Thursday BEFORE Solstice since Summer Solstice falls on Father’s Day weekend this year… and we all know that Sunday night can be hard to sneak away from family obligations.
This evening is designed to help you pause, soften, release, reconnect, and step intentionally into summer energy.
