Join us Thursday, March 19th from 7:00–8:30 PM for a Spring Equinox Sound Bath led by the wonderful Tiffany Galer. This immersive experience will use sound and vibration to help clear stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and create space for new beginnings as we cross the threshold into spring.
To deepen the experience, you’re invited to participate in an optional 14-day cleanse beginning two weeks prior to the event. I’ll be cleansing alongside you using the Colorado Cleanse, offering a supportive and communal way to reset the body and mind as we prepare for the equinox. The cleanse is optional and can be purchased separately.
