Join Jessica and Angela as they guide you through a nourishing, heart-felt workshop with a focus on deepening love and appreciation for your body, core connection, breath work to regulate, and laughter to elevate.
With a small sharing circle, this workshop creates a safe and supportive space for optional hands-on adjustments, strength-building exercises, heart-opening postures, and meaningful connection within community.
Angela is Jessica’s Teacher and former owner of Kula Movement - the best yoga studio in Ballard for over a decade. She is also the co-leader of our Mother’s Day Weekend Retreat! She is coming all the way from Yakima to spend the afternoon with us. Trust me, you don’t want to miss an opportunity to practice with her.
