Strawberry Yogurt Covered Pretzel Overnight Oats

These were a creative combo I got inspired by the yummy strawberry yogurt covered pretzels at Costco and yes those are the crunchy topping! You could totally replace with regular pretzels are any type of yogurt covered pretzels on top! I hope you enJOY these as much as I did. A lovely way to get protein in the AM and experience your own love and self care from your past self (last night’s self!)

Make it

Ingredients:

Crust

  • 2 graham crackers or pretzels crushed

  • 1 teaspoon melted butter

  • 1 tsp sugar or honey

Oats

  • ½ cup GF Oats

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoon Collagen Powder

  • ½ cup milk of choice

  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt - Lactose free plain

  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

  • 1 Tablespoon Nut Butter - Almond is my fav here!

  • 4 large strawberries sliced

  • Crushed Strawberry Yogurt Covered Pretzels for Topping!

Directions:

PREP TIME: 10-15 Minutes

COOK TIME: 0

TOTAL TIME: 4-8 hours (Overnight!)

MAKES: 1 Serving

Directions:

Mix oats, chia seeds, collagen powder, milk and nut butter together in a bowl. Set aside. Let sit for at least an hour. Mix Yogurt and maple syrup and set aside.

After it’s set for a bit, add sliced strawberries on top.

Then add the Greek Yogurt & Maple Syrup on top of that layer.

You can top with additional crushed yogurt covered pretzels if desired..
