Arrival
Arrive between 5-7 PM to settle in, unwind, and get ready for a weekend of self-care.
Drinks & Dessert
Enjoy hormone-healthy snacks and drinks, including tart cherry juice Sleepy Girl Mocktails
Movie & Soak
Watch "If I Had Legs I'd Kick You" with new friends then soak in the hot tub or indulge in an epsom salt bath to wind down.
SLEEP
Bedtime at 10:00 PM for a restful night.
Saturday
Start Your Day 30 | 30 | 30 Method
7 AM: 30/30/30 Method to support balanced hormones and gut health: Hydrate with electrolytes, Nourish your body with 30g of protein, and Enjoy a grounding 30-minute walk outdoors.
Cacao Ceremony & Opening Circle
8 AM: Opening Cacao Ceremony and Women’s Circle with Angela & Jessica, where we’ll explore themes of authentic relating, vulnerability, and reclaiming your inner wisdom.
Yoga
9 AM: 90-minute Chakra Balancing Yoga practice with Jessica, focusing on mindful movement to balance the nervous system and release stress.
Break
10:30 - 11 AM
Meditation and Journaling
11 AM: Delve into writing prompts after a guided meditation with Angela. She will share her bio hacks and we'll have the opportunity to practice some!
Lunch
12 PM: BYOL - Bring Your Own Lunch or dine at a Suncadia restaurant!
Free Time
1 PM - 2 PM: Free time for journaling, walking, reflection, or relaxation as you integrate the morning's practices.
Laughter Yoga
2 PM: Laughter Yoga session with Jessica to release tension and promote emotional catharsis through play and connection.
Acro Yoga & Thai Massage
3:30 PM: Acro Yoga & Thai Massage with Angela, combining somatic healing practices and physical touch to support trust, deep relaxation, circulation, and emotional release.
Free Time
5 PM - 6 PM: Free time for journaling, walking, reading, chatting!
Dinner
6 PM: Dinner - Hormone-balancing yumminess - nourishing aspects of food for both body and soul.
Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra
7:30 PM - 9 PM: Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra/Meditation, focusing on deep rest and recalibration, guiding you toward inner peace before bedtime.
