Retreat Packing List

Here are just a few items that come to mind that you’ll need on retreat. Bring whatever your heart desires and you need to be at home.

  • Yoga Clothes - Enough for 2-4 Workouts!

  • A Reusable Water Bottle - If you have a Mom Yoga Water bottle or Mug from the Holiday Bazaar this year BRING IT!

  • Your Yoga Mat - Mats will not be provided but all other props WILL BE! We will have blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, etc.

  • Comfy Clothes - Lounge pants, slippers, house sock, robe!  Whatever brings you comfort!

  • Hiking Clothes or Shoes - something for our morning walks!

  • Swimsuit for our private Hot Tub or the Suncadia Pool/Spa Fitness Center - which yes we have access to!

  • Rain jacket - just in case!

  • PJ’s - Besides yoga clothes I pretty much plan to live in mine all weekend!

  • Toiletries - Please note I am unsure on the number of bathrooms at the house and we will be sharing all of them so make sure to have what you need for you in terms of shampoo, toothpaste, etc!

  • Any additional snacks you may want or need as well as any alcohol if you choose to partake!  We will not have alcohol as part of the retreat menu, but that does not mean this is a dry retreat…YOU DO YOU MAMA!

  • BONUS ITEM: I am hoping we can have a mini book exchange/library for other Mamas to pursue and pick up during the free time on the retreat or even take home.  If you have a self-help book, recipe book, parenting book, fun novel…(Daniel Steele’s anyone??) That you’ve read and loved but just sits on your shelf, bring it to share or to gift!
