Hi, I’m Jessica,
Founder of Mom Yoga in North Seattle. I have been teaching for years out of the backyard and recently moved our little community to full time at the Haller Lake Community Center. Every Summer I bring us back to our roots (literally!) and return to the backyard where this movement started in the summer of 2021! Come join us and other Shoreline/Seattle Moms for an hour of peace: Mom Yoga – Not Mommy & Me!
First Backyard Class of 2025 is Sunday June 8th!
First Thursday Night Class will be Thursday June 19th!
This is a class for Moms to decompress, find themselves again, and gather in sweet community. Kids not welcome.
You don’t have to have a kid to come, are you a dog mom? Cat lady? God Mother? Grandmother? All Women Welcome!
New to yoga? Used to practice in your 20’s and 30’s but now you find yourself a middle-aged mom (like me) and don’t know where to go? THIS is the space for you!
We aren’t popping into handstands, we aren’t here to kill ourselves in hot yoga to be thin, we’re here for a break. We’re here to be seen and to be held and to breathe. We’re here to down shift from our week, and regulate our nervous system. We’re here to stretch and move mindfully and to reconnect with the women we are, not the Mama everyone needs. The woman you love!
You don’t need more Dr Becky, you need YOU! Reconnect and listen to your body mind and spirit, even just once a week and I promise you’ll reap the benefits.
